The Eastern Caribbean Central Bank (ECCB) has selected Kelly Construction as the general contractor for the ECCB Entrance Building Project. The Entrance project will involve the total remodeling of the Bank’s entrance facility.
Cable & Wireless St. Kitts & Nevis (Flow) contracted Kelly Construction to construct two (2) concrete bases to anchor their new cell towers on the island of St. Kitts. The bases were completed in Bird Rock in the town of Basseterre and in Saddlers in the Parish of St. John
