Kelly Construction, in partnership with Aecon, has successfully completed Phase One of the Anguilla Airport Redevelopment – Package 3, delivering the new terminal building at Clayton J. Lloyd International Airport on time and on budget.
This phase marks a significant upgrade to Anguilla’s primary aviation gateway. The project delivered a new 50,000 square feet passenger terminal (more than double the size of the former facility) substantially increasing passenger processing capacity and improving overall operational efficiency. The terminal features expanded check-in and security screening areas, enhanced passenger circulation and seating, modern amenities, and upgraded utility and support infrastructure.
The scope of works also included associated civil, environmental, and integration works, as well as coordinated landside and airside connections, all executed while maintaining live airport operations. Close collaboration with airport authorities and stakeholders ensured that safety, quality, and regulatory standards were upheld throughout construction.
Completing the terminal on schedule and within budget reflects the strength of the Kelly Construction’s project delivery model, combining disciplined planning, technical capabilities, and regional execution expertise.
This milestone further reinforces Kelly Construction’s aviation infrastructure credentials. With deep regional experience and roots firmly established in Saint Kitts and Nevis, the company remains committed to delivering resilient, future-ready transport infrastructure that supports economic growth and connectivity across the region.
