Kelly Construction has been contracted by K-Line International (Canada) Ltd to provide civil engineering services as part of the Barbuda Energy Resilience Project (BERP) which is spearheaded by the Antigua Public Utilities Authority (APUA) .
Kelly Construction’s scope will include the construction of manholes including excavating, back-filling and grounding system as well as underground exaction and laying of ducts.
As a project deliverable, the BERP is expected to deliver underground installation of electricity cables, solar and battery back-up electricity supply to several government buildings.
