Kelly Construction has handed over the keys to the first building, Building A, at University Gardens. Despite continued adjustments to the timeline by the client due to market fluctuations, Kelly Construction has managed to complete Building A based on the revised schedule of completion in 2020. Building A houses eight (8) single bedroom condo units with all the modern amenities.
As the general contractor, KC oversaw all aspects of the building construction as well as installation of all of FF&E, paving of the car parks, construction of the guard house and installation of the property’s street lights.
Buildings B and C are expected to be delivered within the next ten (10) months and will add twenty-four (24) condominium units to the existing count.
