We are delighted to share the latest updates on the Nobu Beach Inn project in Barbuda. As of April 30th, 2024, the Kelly Construction team has made significant strides in the development of this luxurious beachfront resort. The majority of the footings and foundations for both the back and front of house buildings have been completed, marking a crucial milestone in the construction process.
Key Project Details
The Nobu Beach Inn, envisioned by renowned chef and restaurateur Nobu Matsuhisa, is set to bring the Nobu Hospitality brand to Barbuda for the first time. This project, in partnership with Kelly Construction and Paradise Found LLC, aims to create a world-class resort that blends luxury with the natural beauty of Barbuda.
Construction Milestones
