Kelly Construction is responsible for constructing the 2-bedroom 2-bathroom traditionally designed hardwood cabin neatly tucked away on the Liamuiga Natural Farm property located in the forest region of Phillip’s in St. Kitts. When completed, the cabin will boast a fully off-the-grid solar PV system with two (2) arrays. One installed on the cabin’s deck roof and the other free-standing array a few yards from the cabin. It will also include a state-of-the-art water filtration system using a pond water catchment area as well as locally custom-built hardwood furniture.
