University Gardens Condo Development Nears End of Phase 1
University Gardens St. Kitts is one of the premier real estate properties under the citizenship by investment program of St. Kitts and Nevis. The development will include 56 condominium units, a community tennis court and infinity pool with an adjacent pool house.
Kelly Construction is the general contractor for the development. Despite challenges in the market affecting the program, the Company has led the construction efforts toward the completion of Phase A. Phase A includes the completion of the first two condominium buildings housing 20 units and the related exterior and roadwork.
The Company projects that Phase A will be completed at the end of the year. Phase B is scheduled to commence in the first quarter of 2018 and see the completion of the third Building.
