Kelly Construction has mobilized to begin the construction of the new carpark at the Royal St. Kitts Hotel.
Frigate Bay, St. Kitts, July 3, 2017 –
The project will see the entire existing carpark replaced with a new asphalt parking lot. This is part of the Hotel’s general upgrades and the addition
of the Royal Plaza. According to Mr. John Zuliani, President of the Royal St. Kitts Hotel, the Royal Plaza is an 11-unit commercial development which will provide business tenants with more than 17000 sqft of indoor space and see the expansion of the parking lot from 35 to 125.
