With increased health and safety standards amid the COVID-19 pandemic, Kelly Construction has continued work on Phase 2 of the Eastern Caribbean Central Bank (ECCB) Solar Project. Increased safety measures include hand washing and sanitizing upon entry to the work site, routine sanitizing of equipment and shared areas throughout the day, mandatory use of face masks and work gloves along with daily COVID-19 health reminders during the daily toolbox talks.
